Not even a day in to the Letterpress hunting expedition and the first procurement of the week is this lovely little Farley proof press. It's about as simple as they come. Manufactured sometime in the 1950s or 60s it's stood the test of time well. In original condition and I'm pleased to say no work needs doing to it.
The impression roller is adjustable meaning you can print from the bed or from a galley. There is no paper feeder or grippers, these could have gone missing over the years or it could have been purchased without them just to carry out very simple proofs. Either way it's still a very useful machine and prints superbly.
